KinectedCare™ Privacy Policy

All user communication is 100% private and secure. We permanently store only the minimum amount of data on our servers to install and authenticate our application.

Specifically, we:

• Do NOT market or sell ANY user data
• We encrypt all user data, end to end
• All sensitive user data is only shared between users who agreed to be joined by a CareView
• All health related data is collected from Apple Health and Googe Health API's, in accordance with strict privacy structure
• All health related data is only fetched via Apple Health and Googe Health API's with user's prior permission
• All health related data is only exchanged between users who have granted prior permission and agree to share within a Groop
• All health related date is used to enrich and enhance caregiving between users who have granted prior permission and agree to share within a CareView
• All sensitive user data is protected with user biometric methods
• We only use sensitive user data within our application to enrich Groop communication


To operate and function as a group communication application, KinectedCare requires users to allow access to device functions such as contacts, camera, pictures, videos, microphone, location, health and others. KinectedCare will not function without user permission for device access.

All your data and content (pictures, videos, files, locations, etc.) are stored on your device and you have the sole responsibility to backup this data. After your messages and content are successfully delivered to your device, they are deleted from our servers. If you are offline and a message or content cannot be delivered, we may keep it on our servers for up to 30 days. If a message or content is undelivered after 30 days, we delete it. To further increase privacy, any CareView that is inactive for 90 days is deleted.
