We purchased a pendant system for my Mom. She did not like wearing the pendant at night because she found it uncomfortable to wear while sleeping. Getting up to go to the bathroom one night, she fell and broke several ribs. She yelled for help for over 8 hours as she was laying on the bathroom floor. KinectedCare would have called all of us and we could have helped her.
